I’ve been providing Counselling for over 15yrs working within a CBT and Solution Focussed Therapy framework. My particular focus is in the Psychosocial space which looks at individuals in the context of combined factors including, their mental health and interaction with their social environment and relationships.
Working on aspects of our own mental health such as anxiety, stress, self esteem and relational skills enriches our own lives, as well as relationships.
Studies show this contributes significantly to our sense of happiness and fulfillment.

- Concession rate: apply if you may be eligible

Mental Health Care Plan
If you have a referral for a Mental Health Care Plan you will receive approximately $93 back from Medicare. Or without a referral you may be eligible for a rebate through your private health care insurance. I also take Victims Assist and Workcover clients.
